Dow Jones 3:43pm EST confirms that US Robotics will be late in X2 shipment. A US Robotics spokesperson said that they were still beta testing the X2 and wanted to make sure it worked right since USRX has a reputation of having reliable equipment. States how none of the large retailers received the X2 even though they printed ads saying that they had the product. The article says how the USRX is losing what was thought of as a 6 month advantage over Rockwell's 56k rollout. The article now says that the time advantage may be as little as a few weeks from when Rockwell ships their modems which may be next month. Chi-X CEO Chi International members.aol.com
