joe, That money has been spent and there is nothing anyone can do about that. It is what we spend going forward that counts. Lets pass a budget. I don't believe we have had one since this fool has been in office.


I agree with you. However, how are we specially going to resolve the financial dilemma? Where and what cuts do we make and/or where and what revenues are we going to increase? Then, how can we achieve the objectives we come up with knowing that it will take at least 61 votes in the US Senate to pass any legislation whoever is in control.

The Senate procedure of requiring 61 votes for stopping a filibuster means that the current healthcare bill will stand unless the US Supreme Court strikes down the healthcare bill along with its agencies rules and regulations.
The minority will continue to control. Even then most healthcare institutions are in the process of having implemented most of the healthcare provisions.

I just recently read in the WSJ that even Roberts and Scalia will probably rule in favor of supporting the current healthcare bill as written.
