atb...escaped 21.7+, looking to add back at 21 here...moving out of shippers and into railcars lol---I don't want to commit too much to these type stocks any longer, but rail a possvile exception as I do think coal offers better potential going forward than most other resources....course I'm wrong an awful lot.
