John, I'm not a technician, however, I think we maybe forming a double bottom. If we rally from the second bottom, we stand a good chance of making new highs once again. If you look back to Oct. of last year, you'll see we made a double bottom (Dow, S&P, Nas) and then had the major rally that lasted until now. This time we maybe looking at the sector indices, not the major market averages. Lets see what happens tomorrow. It seemed to me that the Nas and S&P were trying to rally just prior to the markets close. Stock Bull
