Hello M. No one is disputing that there is no work to be done on the Y2K problem. Check the VIAS web site for more job listings (check ANY software co....) .... the question is : numbers, business plan projection, ROI, EBITA etc. We have a great variety of estimates about the Y2K problem. My lookout is that companies are going to do their damndest to meet expenses from WITHIN budgets. ZITL/Matr is a consulting co. with some software solutions that may or may not make it a bit more competitive with other software cos. (Software "solutions" are NEVER what they are cracked up to be, but that's another story..)

Another question. Why did Matr sell to ZITL for such a paltry sum if they have the Bullet? Surely they could go to any investor/investment bank and negotiate far better terms than 35% ownership. Something doesn't add up and I think it's the touters.

It's interesting to hear the contrary opinion though.
