i agree re the bounce for tech, but not for all sectors. For example, IMO the large slew of energy and energy services stock IPOs over the last 18 mos bodes ill for that area. There just is not enough investor interest to absorb all this stock supply. And now they're starting to come out of IPO lockup whcih spells misery for the whole sector, imo. i'm short hydl. Victor
