On the subject of experiments: just after the shareholder meeting, I had an interesting conversation with Jim Marini, the man who has done an incredible amount of work getting Zicam placed in so many stores. It seems that a couple of large orders arose after major players for several companies got colds that got better with Zicam.

These were from people who had not decided to order but to whom Jim sent samples. Then, they ordered.

Those are some "one person anecdotes" that really meant something in the big picture.
