Justin - I'm going to watch the new product cycle closely. They tend to end with a bang. I was able to sell everything last time in the low 40s. I wouldn't have jumped back in if it were not for the new server strategies. Graphics sales are a given but I think with internet growing at 100%/year and Unix server growth at 45%/year, SGI could go much higher this time around since they have a PRICE competitive product line.

I think the lower expectations are a good thing. It makes it harder to miss estimates. MSFT always gives rather grim outlooks so they never miss estimates. I think SGI is catching on. You will be surprised how short people's memories will be WHEN SGI turns in a couple of barn-burner quarters. But I tend to agree that we probably will not see much of a pop until next quarter. As far as I'm concerned that's fine because it gives me more time to buy more shares at yard sale prices.
