Charles, you stated " that although the shares in the private placement are given for less than market value, they are restricted for a period of time; that means the investors believe the price will increase by the time the restriction is over." The press release was a little light on details. Do you know the number of shares issued and the price at which they were issued and what the trading restrictions are? thanks for any information you can provide. Ron
