This machine is somewhere in the range of about 12 years old. It gets used about 4 loads a week. Many years ago, when I thought I was too poor to have a repair man come in, I took our old Norge about, believing I could fix it.

Wrong! I ended up putting a zillion pieces and parts in a box for the trash man. We had to go to Sears and buy a new one... on credit, of course. Come to think of it, that was in 1965. I don't think they make Norge anymore, do they?
