Thanks alan, Sounds like PRWT is really making things happen in a big way. "Intel is reported to be starting operations in Belize, for which American employees will be needing places to live". I read in the news paper once that Silicon Valley, Ca. had some limited housing problems and a $160,000 home sold for $600,000 because employees of (I think it was INTEL) needed a place to live. I'm sure if larger companies enter into Belize, the demand for housing will increase also. Also thanks to "Mr X" for his time. Tim
