i missed the csco/t-bill discussion. sounds interesting, however. a relatively stable rate of return combined with limited downside sounds like heaven. of course i don't like to pay taxes on the interest, but going the tax-exempt muni route eliminates that problem. basically i hate all of these non-new econ investments. they're so boring. but man has the admission price to this roller coaster been high these past 12 months ! <ng>
