They all get 5 acre lots today and subdivide and cash in later when all the lots are gone. I've observed the Californication of Oregon and Washington State up close, Colorado will be the same story, same developers.

It's OK, we'll just cut a few more old growth forests for those good environmentally conscience souls.

Just stop cutting those tree's as soon as I get my log cabin built. ;-)
