Hi Ramsey, <What is good for the people is for the FCC is stop this nonsense now. Give Nextwave back their spectrum. Give the bidders back their deposits, which are probably held in escrow accounts vs general funds. I agree, it's time to put this fiasco behind us. Let NextWave reap the billions of taxpayers dollars and move on. Blame it on the government for being so...... governmental. Hopefully the FCC will no longer attempt to spoonfeed small business and "minorities" where they have little opportunity to actually contribute to public good. Let the big boys fight it out in good old fashion American capitalism. Give NextWave their billions so Tom Brokaw has another "fleecing of America" story. BTW, please tell me you are not serious about NextWave actually building a network. You actually believe the bull NextWave is feeding? P.S. Congrats to JGoren who called this right from day one. Ron
