If I were the Russians I'd think his speech was great.

I'd love to see the U.S. get involved with Iran. It might get my oil up to $300 a barrel.

If I were the Chinese I'd ALSO love it. I'd figure the U.S. would get involved in another quagmire that continued to drain its strength but was sure to avoid oil supplies at all costs.

The Russians and Chinese are just sitting back and laughing at this fool Bush. Kruschev would have LOVED a president like Bush.
