I listened to an interview on the radio this morning with a guy that had escaped the tower that was hit by the second plane. After the first plane hit everybody started down the stairs, he made it from floor ~73 to 44 when it was announced that the situation was under control and that everybody in the tower that was to be later hit by the second plane could go back to their offices. This is widely known but he also said that they announced that people in the tower that was already hit could optionally go back to their offices if they wished. He stated that the people started walking back up the stairs but that he and a friend opted to stay on the 44th which is a cafeteria area. They were on the 44th when the second plane hit and then they ran out... That announcement has a horrible mistake...

Also listened to an interview of some construction workers talk about the building. The strength of the structure was in the outer shell of the building. The building tapers as it gets higher. When the top of the building broke loose it tore through the center of the shell with the shell collapsing after the floors. So the floors are likely sandwiched together and buried under the weight of the outer shell. The majority of the people are most likely buried well beneath the rubble of the outer shell. Which is probably why they have found so few so far...
