Oil companies, because the scale of their revenue is skyrocketing through no work of their own. Higher oil = higher profit. It's not like they came up with a better product; why should their profits soar because their cost of goods increased? Cap their profits.

While we're at it, I agree with you - slap it on MSFT too. They're a monopoly- like the oil cos. Tax em or break em up.
