a word or two on cleansweep....... make sure that 'safety sweep' is turned on, then only green items will be deleted, and they are harmless. plus backups are automatically created of everything. in about 30 days you will be prompted by cs to ask if you'd like to say goodbye to the items once and for all. it's a nice system. btw, i have run norton utilities like windoctor on a new pc and have found multiple errors. whether or not these were vital mistakes (norton listed most as medium severity) is up for speculation, however, i choose to believe that norton always makes my operating system run better. :) mark
