So you are comparing the Electoral College to slavery? I'd say we need it now more than ever. If the majority of the population is voting for Socialism and Communism and that same majority has become a defender of China, then the slighter minority needs to have the power to push back and keep the USA's Capitalst Democracy intact for future generations. The Electoral College is now more important than at any time in history, because if it did not exist, the Socialists and Communists may already have taken over and fundamentally transformed and destroyed our country.

Truth is that it may not even matter. Now that I've seen what's in the $2.2T stimulus bill and the $4T of Fed QE on top of it, I'm realizing that socialism is already here. Bernie's fondest wishes are being implemented through helicopter money and checks to everyone. Tax payers are paying $6T in stimulus, which equates to $2,000 per person to get a $1,200 check back from the government. Perfect display of what Socialism does to every country on earth. They take your money, give you half back and ask you to be grateful for that.

Long live Socialism! We will all be equal in our poverty!
