One of the four is head of the audit oversee committee. ha >> Actually WSJ said 4 of Forbes business partners were on the Audit committee - a subgroup of the board charged with overseeing the audit. Implies watchdogs might be LAPDOGS. Some large holders like Hans Utsch of Kauffman Fund disagree, but looking at today's large sales, some folks may have been more skeptical.
