Too early to tell but here is my read on the action so far this morning: AMD, Intel and some other stocks were delayed this morning and gapped down. I have seen a disproportionate number of large blocks on the buy side so far but it's too early to conclude much. What is does tend to indicate is that institutions are moving to the buy side as others panic. Time will tell. I think it's time to go fishing for bargains.
