I need to amend my prior posting. I think the excuse of Mr. Vigliarolo's wife being sick was for late filing of a prior report, not the second quarter 10Q.

It's hard to keep track of all the excuses in these matters by Xecom.
But, fair's fair, let's try to put the excuses in their proper order.
