Now, what do you all suppose WATERFRONT PROPERTY is worth in Connecticutt? Add to that a 10 room home, and tell me, what is he supposed to buy for $150,000 today? jdn>> Do they have property taxes in Connecticut? Use that appraisal plus 20% moving fee as a start. In Illinois when they take farm land they offer a larger/better farm in trade.
