This is so dishonest of you. You emphasize America's mistakes, and we have made some, but your overlook America's great accomplishments for peace, freedom and democracy.
You look at dictators, who America has had to deal with, and you say that we supported them. In many cases the alternatives were much worse. Also, some of the dictators didn't start out that way. You can use hindsight now, but wait until the decision is up to you, and then see how very difficult it is, when you are dealing with troubled areas of the world.

If you opposed those dictators, did you also support the other side? For instance, during the cold war, we sided with dictators, because the alternative would be to side with Russia. You try to portray America as supporting a brutal dictator, when there was some other alternative that was better. That is dishonest. |
