Scott,
As a NJ resident, I have great respect for Tom Kean. If he says heads should have rolled for the 9/11 failure I will agree. The asleep at the wheel attitude toward terrorism goes back several administrations. Clinton and pre-9/11 bush bear most of the blame. Much the same can be said about FDR after Pearl so dont get too excited here. Mike
