Roger, thanks for the informative posts. A few questions..( I have held off asking questions as I wanted to make sure I didn't ask something that had been asked already)

1) the comparisons you did with the two competitors was interesting but do you know what the " revenue per employee" might be? This might be an interesting figure to monitor.

2) You called NetGain a "breakthrough" technology. Have you seen the new releases from the other competitors? (I think your post was pre DCI but not sure).

3) What do you think of the new entree's in the marketplace ie SalesLogix
