The quarterly earnings report is due out 02/14/97, Friday afternoon. An Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders will be held on Friday, March 21, 1997 to change its jurisdiction of incorporation from British Columbia, Canada to Delaware, U.S.A.; to alter the Company's authorized capital of common stock; approve a one-for-ten share consolidation of the Company's Common Stock and to increase the Company's authorized shares of Common Stock after the share consolidation to 50,000,000. This is normally a favorable trend and may indicate a more favorable stock performance.
