No, those are completely different words. This does say something about your intellectual level if you consider this to be "almost the exact words". I'm referring to those exact words because those exact words are repeated ad nauseum by supporters of Israel.

As for that particular quote, it neither says nor implies anything about Jews, just the state of Israel. It seems to agree with the Palestinian charter at that time, which called for secular democracy in all of Palestine. Of course, that charter was changed in 1976, as the Palestinians acceded to the two-state solution.
