Not sure what you mean by "looking for worms that aren't there" Something stinks and maybe that is attracting worms?
I can understand insiders supporting the stock @ $1.40 after the release of the bad news. For the stock to drop to $1.40 is not unreasonable with the release of bad holes. For it to fall out of bed below $1.00 would be an over-reaction in my opinion, and I would understand insiders supporting. But I do not understand why Frank was participating in, or perhaps, leading the rally on no published news. If he had additional news, his action was unlawful. If he was part of an organized buying action to push the stock up on B.S., he was at least unethical and also unwise in the long run.
