I am assuming that GIFS bought IMXS then scuttled it for profit, used the cash elsewhere. Being a non-reporting company allowed them to
neglect the share price with out filing to the SEC etc... My only question is - If they were able to dismantle things so much and display control over operations, why is IMXS STILL a free trading stock and not siezed with the rest of GIFS. What exactly does it mean to hold 51%/66% of a company ?
