Looks like the USSC is going to decide that they don't have any business getting involved, after they already screwed up the election.

Your GOP buddies (KH, Scalia, and the Florida legislature) have turned a simple vote counting problem into a major political and constitutional catastrophe.

Do you really think that completing the Bush coup is going to resolve anything at this point?
