Sorry for the long delay in responding. Got the early notice from Smith Barney broker who passed along a rumor on downgrade. But, I have checked Bloomberg and have not yet seen the downgrade or the reduction in earnings for 97 to $1.65 by Lehman though it is becoming a popular number. Cube was hurt by ESS on VCD chips. First quarter, maybe .41 cents if, if they are sure that they can do at least .42 in second. Otherwise, will just beat .38 from 96's first quarter to keep the streak of always having an increased yr to yr result. Gets a little murky in 2nd half, depends on if DVD does anything or if Divicom really does become accretive. Otherwise, looks like $1.65 won't be far off.
