Then you and I differ. About what specifically? That greater care should be taken to avoiding physical fighting then a fight using words? Actually I guess its just that you believe in mediation or negotiation or something similar as the first answer to almost any situation. I don't go around arguing all the time (most of my arguments are online), I think most people who know me see me as a fairly easy person to get along with, but there are issues that I care about where I see little hope for mediation even starting much less being successful. On political issues like taxation or abortion or drug laws I don't see how you could have a real mediation process, so I don't spend any time trying to start one. Tim
