I'm in the oil patch myself. I run a training department for a service company. We have to plan 6mo. to 1 year in advance to meet requirements for engineers. I can tell you we will be training the most people we ever have in 2001. I am adding staff. We expect oil to hit $40 and perhaps more. As far as the oil companys are concerned it is payback for the unusually low prices of the last 5 years. Look for sustained $25+ oil for the next few years. At least I have a job to fund my habit! wayne
