You were asked this information on the 10th. It is now the 27th don't you think it would have shown up by now. It looks to me that it is exactly what it is a rumor. This kind of suff doesn't stay kept secret that long especially since we have had three First Call updates since the 10th and this information would have appeared by now.

Look at today's comments from Needham and you will see how rummors can be made to look factual. You will see that the analyst is saying what he is basing his claims from what ESST and Oak have said and based solely on what they claim Cube has to have a very small piece of the action. Everyone is forgetting that Balkanski has said in several conferences and interviews that things are on track and he too has projected figures (the figures for the industry). Doesn't anyone realize that he had to have some idea of what CUBE's business was going forward (ie. orders, contracts and design wins), to make the statements he has made. This is nothing more than a perfect example of how someone (Needham) is using half the facts to add credence to false claims and to create another scare and drive the stock price down to benifit the shorts.

I have spoken to someone who has access to the floor of the exchange about SI and he told me that the guys there know about SI and they use it to get an idea of how and what people think. So everytime you suggest a low isn't funny how we get there or pretty close to it or if the stock goes up and someone says they think we will see the stock down again it goes down. Remember one thing a trader could care less what price you buy or sell at since there commission is set on a flat fee basis and, as far as the market maker is concerned they like to buy low sell high. This stock could be back in the 40"s if a few of you would please stop giving these guys suggestions as to your tolerances to the downside. Those of you who are talking sound fundamentals and talking up the positive items by using facts to punch holes in all these false claims are helping because you are showing them that the stock has value. They need to know that we are not dumnb and scared. Remember there are a lot of tech stocks that are trading at very high multiples with half the potential for future earnings that Cube has and when all the ney sayers realize this they will be doing everything to push the price up not down.

Maybe if these analysts who continue to shot the stock down without any real facts would realize that the Dow Jones case has brought a whole new prespective to the arena. The Fair Harbor Securities act was set up to protect the companies not the press or analysts. I think that these guys better start thinking about all the consequences associated with what they put down on paper. The Dow Jones decision does show that the courts do care about false and malisious press. In fact the government is also going after shorts who make up false facts because it was reported about two weeks ago that they have mounted an investigation into false statements that were made about a company who extracts oil from shale. If any of these guys are reading this it would be a good idea for them to keep these thing in mind and remember it is not to late to try and correct the damage they have done before it is too late.
