Amazing that you use the full name and title of SUF's Chief Financial Officer but other people are referred to as Nicky or Nelson etc...?

I am sure that he is very courteous considering that current state of affairs at SUF.
1.They lost the court case-forget about being 'proactive' be real.
2.The share price is hovering at $7.65.
3.They will have to foot a huge legal bill.
4.The M1 is history.
5.Should a miracle occur with the SECTION 24, SUF will have to find an additional R 75 Million.

Forget all about the rest of your posting about establishing the legal owners ,valuations etc.. That was all finalized on Thursday.
It is this blatant misrepresentation of facts that has cost SUF shareholders so dearly.

NGS are the legal owners of the mineral rights and have concluded a deal with De Beers.

I am shocked that at the end of your rather technical and legal posting that you admit : 'However , I am not a legal eagle nor familiar with the ins and outs of South Africa's legal system.'

How can you post two pages of information and then admit that you don't know what you are talking about?
