Yes, agreed about short-term USD strength. Unsustainable, it seems. Postponing the inevitable.

This is madness. Downturns? We've seen 'em before. But at least there was some kind of consensus about what was really happening. Now we see people like Buffet acting like there's a bottom in sight.

If von Mises is right, Buffet's wrong.

There's no such thing as an "authority" any more. Trust? Forget it. It's hard to tell the difference between the liars and the dummies. Never mind the coup by US financial oligarchy.

What's the change from past downturns? Derivatives are a suspect.

Maybe everything has to zero out. Ugly, if true.
