Yeah, it's rural around here. The bull belongs to a neighbor that can't seem to keep his herd up, so in addition to watching out for deer and people driving down the middle of the road, something they do a lot around here, you have to be on the lookout for cows. We hit on a horse on the highway on a family trip in the station wagon. He went up the hood, up the windshield, onto the roof, then off the side. He didn't make it. That was before non-shattering windshields and it was a mess, and before seatbelts in the middle in the front seat. I was the littlest and sitting there and was flying forward staring shattering glass in the face when a parental instinctual firearm came across me from each side and slammed me back to the seat. It was a typical vacation. A sister and I saw Chevy Chase's "Vacation" together and recognized a lot.
