I am not long the stock right now although I have owned it as low as 8 bucks and sold at 26 thinking what a bright guy I was. As you know it went well above 100 from there. I am thinking about taking an option position on the long side now. I think it will rebound back to the mid 40's fairly short term. Beyond that, I am not sure because I do not know what is in their plans, although I will say this: they are not sandbagging us about a business combination. It may just have not worked. In the Atlanta Journal today the CEO( not Brewer) made some interesting remarks that made me think they had been in talks with Gateway and that Gateway( and or Dell) had decided to go it on ther own. He was saying that he did not think they would succeed without a lot of frustration because the hardware business is not the same as the ISP business. Long and short, though, is that I thnk the business combination thing is dead. That is why they announced increased spending on getting new subs. Bob
