Sen. Joseph R. Biden Jr. (D-Del.) said in an interview. "That's why I urged them to give the speech. He told us the why. He didn't tell us the how. Business as usual won't get us there. I think he has to change some policy or alter some policy." Biden breaks me up.. i told president to give the speech. he has to change some policy or alter some policy. Biden you have been on every tv program for the last two years telling us we need more troops (general do not say so) but you have not put your plan out to the public.. maybe next time on a sunday morning talk show you can give us some specifics rather than procrastinate.
