On the flip side, the quarter thus far was unique in that it had a 3 day span in which over 1 million smartphones were sold. That's gotta skew the "run rate" calculations, as they obviously shouldn't be expected to maintain that pace.

Just a thought, but how would you interpret the 4S launch if it only slightly exceeded the 4 launch at AT&T (5.4 mill, I believe)? Same carrier sales should be indicative of organic growth, right?
