This transaction sure looks suspicious given the sell program that hit @ about 3:30. Opinion - for what it's worth. Asia is a bigger mess than is being let on. Mkt is looking to go down. But hell it's Christmas so lets not screw up the holidays. Fire off a couple large sell programs in the last half hour. Like everybody had gone home for the day and the Specialist were half asleep and not willing to step up and hold up the market. Now we got "something" to blame it on. It's not the market, it's just that nobody was around, and all the big guns had left for the day. "Not too worry folks." Incidentally I track charts of two big funds and their charts went into a free fall a few days ago. Or was that payout of dividends, capital gains???? I can only assume the charts are correct. I have three open shorts which have been just "hanging around for the last few days. That's about as long as I have been holding them. Late in the day they broke the holding pattern. Looks like "somebody" was waiting for an excuse to sell them off. Actually I would have done two more shorts but I got bored watching a sleepy market.
