Most if not all of prisoners were taken into custody on the battlefield AKA a war zone. Maybe you should team up with Ramsey Clark (one of Saddam's legal beagles) to defend these most despicable humans. Like our own justice system
sometimes an innocent is falsely accused. In a time of WAR I am not going to get unduly stressed out by that possibility.

What is the difference between "actual evidence" and just plain evidence??
