dazzled: Too much debt IF S & P downgrade the debt. Vytl took on another 340 mil(, I think that's about right), and S & P stated that they might downgrade VYTL's debt to below B-.......basic junk bond status. That plus the general nervousness in the market, especially over high PE stocks, or small cap companies with lots of debt, or both. That's my opinion. But remember, nothing has changed within the company. It is on target, under budget, and growing revenues rapidly. How well they assimilate Destia, and if any real synergies are realized.....these questions and more are uppermost in the minds of the professionals on the street. I imagine they will be somewhat cautious in buying back into VYTL, but I do believe the stock will at least double by this time next year. I'm very long and holding on. All of the above IMO, only.
