regards the future prospects of IMAA is as candid a
statement I think I have ever read in a SEC filing--
they forthrightly say we expect the company's future to be bleak

Without reading it myself, was it the co's accountants
that put the warning in? I remember last year when the
SNRS report contained warnings that the company does not
have the funds to continue which might lead to bankruptcy.

This was last year before it's run to $20 prior to the
ODP turndown. In retrospect, that statement is more accurate
today then last year.
