I don't see how whether he knew who keith (or CC for that matter) was changes the nature of the information at all, it's still just as useful to me. Not like the guy can change the underlying nature of his business for a couple of hours while somebody he might want to impress is there. But I do think you have a good underlying point in that everybody should look at info presented here as triggers to further questions they might have for this company, and ask them! (and telling the rest of us what you hear goes without saying too!)

One thing I have to add tho is from what I've read on this thread and others, having Keith in to my company to ask hard questions would not be my idea of a fun day!
