Subsequent performance of Greenblatt stocks that I said here I was buying:

AEOS: 12/13/05: $13.60/sh ----> $30.61 (Friday close)
PPG: 12/13/05: 56.03-57.44----> 64.25
UST: 1/30/06: 39.46---->57.43
CVGI: 2/24/06: 18.11-18.85---->21.28
MAT: 3/1/06: 16.76----->22.82
FCX: 3/25/06: 48.14(more later @ 50.39;52.31) ----->53.84

(Also mentioned I held CBS, KG, CLE. Considered MIVA (then ~5. Now 3.47), but did not buy (whew!).

Not a big enough sample for me to comfortably confirm the the success of Greenblatt methodology for this year.

Also, if there's no catastrophe in the next four trading days, then most (all?) market indices will end up for the year, so positive results of my picks might be more caused just by a general market rise, not so much by being high roe/low p/e stocks.
