Hey Mike, It almost seems that the potential for the 'code named Sedona' technology was not fully realized by Oracle when they made the initial decision to incorporate it in Oracle8. The news releases beginning early last year have an increasing importance for 'code name Sedona'. It's intriguing how product delays for the little ballyhooed Sedon SRV+ mirror those for Oracle8 The inter-platform packets, translatable from one architecture to the next do present a tremendous leap in computing technology...don't they. I'm still a skeptic, but not as much. That little 'TM' after Sedona sure doesn't stand for Tony Musada!! Tom
