Bonnie, Have you noticed the area in Mountain View now occupied by Netscape? It looks like this area is expanding at an extremely rapid rate. Its entire city blocks of real estate that are being built or so it seems from here. Also, areas such as Palo Alto, Los Gatos, Los Altos, Atherton etc. long regarded as desireable areas have seen the greatest prices surges for housing. This seems to get the most media attention As long as high tech is booming out here, these places will continue to see prices climb. --LK
