I just got another call on behalf of our friend VMRX. This is the second time I've received a call to ask if I've sent in my proxies. The person said they were supposed to have the vote today, but are holding up the vote until more proxies arrive. Seems they are still having trouble getting the quorum they need. How about that, they actually do keep tabs on all those pieces of paper I send in. How about adding a line item: __ . __ \|__\| \|X_\| "Actively work to increase shareholder value". No Yes Kidding asside, this does not look good. Is everyone so busy that they have been throwing their votes in the trash? Also, isn't there a large block of institutional holders that would make up a majority of the quorum? Who's the watchdog for this company?????? The stockholders, you say? Where the heck have we been when it comes time to exercise our vote?
